writing.



1.\tDo not say
management "should consider" (do not confuse
management and let them to unsure what they have to
do.)
2.\tAvoid Vessel words like it appears, we
believe. Either we have evidence or not.
3.\tDo
not Use objective like , big , very that make them
complex to think how much this issue is significant./>4.\tDo not use word always. This could led down
auditors credibility when he they found another
option.
5.\tDo not use words that could blame like
who, whom use words what the problem were like that./>6.\tDo not tell management failed , because because
it could leave you hard situation to convince them./>7.\tDo not use word auditee this is old fashion. Use
management
8.\tAvoid using jargon so that your
report is user friendly.
9.\tDo not take all
credit (like internal auditor found it) say we are able
to find it with the help of management.
10.\tIf
audit report is very impressive try to rewrite it . It
should be very simple for every body.

We had a lot of issues with report writing where i used
to work. Richard has highligted the major issues that
we face with reports. Take his advice and you will have
better quality reports.

in mind. Bearing these pointers in mind will help
