IA role should not involve such activities as setting
risk appetite, taking decissions on risk response or
managing risk as owner...I think there might be
misunderstanding between owning ERM process and
additional consulting services on ERM performed by IA.

Internal Audit should never own ERM process on question
of independence and should restrict to review and
recommendations.
